As a management consultant to Go Amplify, I supported growth across team structure, culture, internal processes, recruitment and client delivery. I helped identify strong talent, improve collaboration and build more effective systems between the agency and its clients. I also worked directly with clients across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia to strengthen relationships, expectations and delivery.
