I delivered retail sales and customer service training to Anmar Gallery's teams across Marassi Galleria, The Avenues and Liwan. The training covered the complete customer journey - from the initial greeting and identifying needs to product recommendations, follow-up and completing the sale. I also strengthened WhatsApp follow-ups with interested customers, helping the business achieve significant sales growth.
